This is an easy to use tracking system for a safety professional to record employee behavior observations.
Identify behaviors by location and mark them as safe or unsafe.
Add a comment for each observation and view reports.
First, set up your information under the “Administration” button where you enter work locations and behaviors that you want to observe.
Go back to the main menu.
Now you are ready to “Enter Observations”.
Pick a location.
Select one of your entered observations and identify whether the observation you made was “Safe” or “Unsafe”. Observations that you don’t use default to NA (not applicable).
Now you can add a comment if you choose.
Then “Submit” and you will get a message that says “Success! Observation Logged”.
If you don’t push submit after selecting the “Safe” or “Unsafe” behavior, it won’t record.
While on this page, press the location that you entered and change the work location.
Keep entering observations by worksite.
When finished entering observations for various locations go back to the main screen and select “Reports” to select from 4 reports: observations pie chart, percent safe by behavior, behavior trend, or comments. You can email reports to yourself or to others in the company.
Observations are automatically recorded for the current date.
The next time you enter observations, it will record that date and so on.
You can view reports in a date range and by location or all locations.
